At megra.com.my, item sold can only be return for the exchange of the same order number and model code with actual value base on terms and conditions listed below and can only be done NOT more than 7 days of receipt of the item.
Item eligible for return/exchange:
- Damage occur during transit and package being opened before receiving it.
- Totally wrong product model.
The return items must be unused and must keep the original receipt of the payment.
Return Instructions
Keep the original receipt and take photos of the damaged packaging before sending back to us.
We will access the conditions of the item and resend the same item with the same model code to you within 7 days from the date we receive the damaged item with the conditions where there is no false claim.
If the original packaging is damaged, please contact us and we will file a claim with the courier company.

Covers: Manufacturing defects, parts & repair service.
Excludes: Transport fees, mishandling, accidents, natural disasters, power surges, unauthorised repairs.
