Do you ship to East Malaysia?
Sorry, at the moment, we do not ship to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan)
What is the terms for return products?
Item sold can only be return for the exchange of the same order number and model code with actual value base on terms and conditions listed below and can only be done NOT more than 30 days of receipt of the item.
Item eligible for return/exchange:
- Damage occur during transit and package being opened before receiving it.
- Totally wrong product model.
The return items must be unused and must keep the original receipt of the payment. Please refer to our Return Policy to know more about the return instructions.
What is the payment options?

What is your shipping charges?
Areas within Klang Valley
– For TV, we offer a flat rate of RM30 regardless of how many items you buy.
– For accessories, we will follow the standard shipping rate by courier company base on weight (kg).
Area outside Klang Valley (Except Sabah/Sarawak/Labuan)
– We will follow standard parcel delivery rate base on weight of the products (kg).
